Job Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Senior Salesforce Account Executive goes beyond traditional sales by combining strategic consulting, key account leadership, and revenue growth ownership. In this senior role, you will lead complex sales cycles, manage high-value client portfolios, and serve as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders. You’ll not only identify business challenges but proactively drive transformative Salesforce solutions that align with long-term customer goals. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to sales strategy development, and collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer success. Your day-to-day will include sourcing and qualifying enterprise-level leads, delivering high-impact demos, shaping tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing multi-stakeholder deals. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to balance in-person engagement and remote efficiency.


Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Extensive experience in B2B sales with a consistent track record of exceeding high-value revenue targets. 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software sales. Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems, with hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise required. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level presentations. Advanced negotiation and deal-closing capabilities across complex sales cycles. Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to design scalable customer-centric solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple enterprise accounts. Proven ability to work autonomously, lead cross-functional collaboration, and mentor junior sales team members. Results-driven and highly motivated by long-term customer success and retention. High emotional intelligence and a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.


Responsibilities

Lead strategic account planning and proactively identify growth opportunities within key accounts. Act as the main escalation point for complex customer needs and ensure timely, effective resolution with professionalism. Foster long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across enterprise accounts. Champion a customer-first mindset by delivering exceptional experiences throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle. Align customer expectations with business outcomes, ensuring clarity around timelines, deliverables, and value realization. Oversee end-to-end execution of deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and business objectives. Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for key accounts to monitor health, performance, and growth potential. Deliver clear, consistent communication to both internal teams and external stakeholders on project status, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue retention. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support scalable processes that drive sustainable business growth. Mentor junior team members and help shape customer engagement strategies across the organization.
