This full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Account Executive combines sales and consulting responsibilities to drive customer success and sales growth. As an Account Executive, you will manage key customer accounts, build strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor who deeply understands the unique business challenges and goals of both current and prospective customers. You will consult with clients to craft innovative Salesforce solutions that propel their organizations forward. Your daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, and closing deals. This hybrid role offers flexibility for optimal work-life balance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record in sales and achieving targets. Previous work experience in the technology industry. Familiarity with CRM solutions; Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Superior organization skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset. High level of empathy for understanding customer needs and challenges.
Investigate customers’ requests. Take care of any issues incurred professionally. Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors. Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience. Manage customer expectation. Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements. Set up KPIs and keep track of key account metrics. Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
