Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CRM-Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce CRM-Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and technical support to our clients in leveraging the power of Salesforce and CRM-Analytics for data visualization and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with Salesforce and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).


Required Skills

Proficiency in building visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports. Solid understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Ability to translate business requirements to actionable data analytics problems and communicate the solution to the client. Proficiency in SQL querying and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes to connect Salesforce with other systems and data sources. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Salesforce and CRM-Analytics certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant) are a big plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field is preferred. English Level (C1) is a must.


Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective solutions using Salesforce and CRM-Analytics. Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including configuration, custom development, integration, and data migration. Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using CRM-Analytics to present complex data in a clear and meaningful manner. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making. Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the implementation and deployment of Salesforce and CRM-Analytics solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Salesforce and CRM-Analytics. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce and CRM-Analytics features, best practices, and industry trends, and proactively share knowledge with the team. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of Salesforce and CRM-Analytics capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Salesforce and CRM-Analytics implementations. Document solution design, configurations, and technical specifications to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and maintain a comprehensive repository of project information.
