Job Description

Drive new business growth at Cloudastick Systems as a Business Development Representative (BDR). You'll identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through outbound lead generation, using your research and communication skills to build valuable relationships.


Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven track record of success in outbound sales or lead generation (preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered).   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies is a plus.


Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, companies, and key decision-makers. Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other social selling techniques. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential clients. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and potential fit with Cloudastick's solutions. Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives (AEs). Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation efforts. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and Cloudastick's product offerings.
